SIMORRA.COM GIFT CARD

You can buy your Gift Card to use in our Online store, through our website.

You will find the card to add it to your cart in the menu where it indicates: Gift Card. Click here, select the amount you want to add to the card (from €30), add it to the cart and click on checkout.

Once you are on the page to finalize the order, you can put the information of the person who wants to receive the card by email (if you wish, you can put your email to receive it yourself and print it or send it to the person who will use it when you prefer. )

HOW DO I USE THE GIFT CARD?

You can use the gift card online in our online store simorra.com whenever you prefer, without a time limit

To pay with your gift card, select the payment method at the end of your order: Gift Card and enter your card number. Once you have done this, click on apply, so that the amount of the card is applied to the total of your order.

Any remaining card balance not spent at the time of purchase will be saved on the card for future purchases. When the total purchase is greater than the balance of the Gift Card, you can complete the payment of the order with any other available payment method.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT BALANCE HAS MY CARD?

You can write to us at clientes@simorra.com or contact us via Whatsapp or phone at 676021193 indicating that you want to check the balance of your card and providing us with the name of the card and its number.
