MY ORDER
Once placed, orders cannot be modified except for the shipping address. To make this change, you must contact us by email at: customerservice@simorra.com, via Whatsapp , or by calling (+34) 676 021 193, providing your order number and the correct address.
If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping company to modify the address, but please note that this may delay delivery.
If you wish to add, remove, or modify an item in your order, you must cancel and/or reorder.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us using the contact form, indicating your order number, your full name, and stating that you wish to cancel the order.
If you have placed your order correctly, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This message contains the order number and details.
If you cannot find this message, we recommend checking your promotions, spam or junk mail folder.
If you have not received it, please check with your bank to see if you have been charged for the purchase. If so, please send your query via the contact form and we will respond as soon as possible to clarify what happened.
Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email in which we will indicate the tracking number of your shipment.
If the delivery address is in Spain (mainland), your order will be delivered within 24 hours . If, on the other hand, you are in a different country, shipping may take between 48h-72h.
If you have a customer account , you can track the status of your order at all times, as well as follow up with the shipping company. If you do not have an account, click on "ACCOUNT" located at the top right of the page and then on "Create account".
SHIPPING
Orders placed within Spain are shipped within 2 to 5 BUSINESS days , Monday to Friday, from the confirmation of your order, both for in-store pickup and home delivery.
*Please note that deliveries may be delayed during high-intensity sales or promotional periods, so we appreciate your patience.
International orders have a longer delivery time ranging from 5-10 WORKING days , as is the case with shipments to the Canary Islands .
If you make your purchase by bank transfer, your order will not begin to be prepared until we receive confirmation of payment.
HOME DELIVERY: If your order is within Spain * , your order will be delivered by the SEUR transport company. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within 24 hours. The transport company will keep you informed at all times about the progress of the delivery of your order by email.
PICK UP IN STORE: You can choose the store that best suits you to pick up your order.
For international orders (outside Spain) delivery will be made by the transport company UPS .
* If you want to place an order with delivery to the Canary Islands, you can write to us at customerservice@simorra.com to offer you the option of delivery to one of our collaborating points of sale and thus substantially reduce shipping costs.
Shipping costs are free for both delivery options available: in-store pickup or home delivery.
Exceptions: Shipping costs to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are €40*. Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla are €18.
* For shipments to the Canary Islands, please contact us via email at customerservice@simorra.com . Shipping costs may vary depending on your postal code.
International shipping costs depend on the delivery address. Before finalizing your order, when you enter the address, you will see a breakdown of the shipping cost.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To return an item, you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, with two options available for making the return: return at a physical store or return through the website.
To process your return, it is essential to include the delivery note of your order in the package to be returned.
*Products purchased during the online promotion: Outlet Days, can only be returned at Outlet stores or by managing the return through our website.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of earrings or other personal use products that, due to their nature, cannot be resold after having been handled, will not be accepted, except in case of manufacturing defect or flaw. The purpose of this measure is to guarantee the safety and quality of all our customers.
Remember that products must be in perfect condition, with their label and unused. If possible, in the original or similar box and well-sealed, to facilitate their transport.

To make a return at a physical store, you can do so at any of our selected stores: BARCELONA L'ILLA DIAGONAL, BARCELONA TURÓ PARC, BARCELONA ROSSELLÓ, BARCELONA RAMBLA CATALUNYA, VALENCIA, ZARAGOZA, MADRID, VIGO, OVIEDO, LLEIDA, SANT CUGAT, TERRASSA, SEVILLA, SANTANDER, PALMA DE MALLORCA, PLATJA D'ARO, GIRONA, CIUDAD REAL, VALLADOLID, VIC, LEÓN, SALAMANCA, ALMERÍA, MURCIA, GIJÓN, REUS, A CORUÑA, FIGUERES, LUGO, OURENSE.
*Purchases of products from the Outlet category, belonging to other seasons, cannot be returned in physical stores, but they can be returned at our Outlet stores.

To exchange the size, you will have to return the product and make a new purchase of the correct item or size. However, if you return your order to a physical store, you can exchange it without any problem.
Remember that the products must be in perfect condition, with their label and without having been used.
Once we receive your return and it is approved, you will receive the corresponding refund within 14 calendar days after the return is approved.
You will receive the amount through the payment method you used to make your purchase. If you do not see the refund in your account and you made the payment by credit card, we recommend that you check the balance of the same card, not only the one in the associated account.
Returns of online orders to physical stores are free.
Returns of online orders with home collection have a cost of €4.95 which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Returns with collection in Europe may have a cost of €10 and €20 for collections in the rest of the world . These collections will be carried out by UPS.
PRODUCTS AND STOCK
If the size does not appear on the website, it means that the online stock of that item has run out. We recommend that you go to the nearest SIMORRA store so that our team can check if it is available at other points of sale or send your query to customerservice@simorra.com
When you select any of the products on our website, you will find the "Find my size" button below the available sizes. Clicking on it will open the "Size Guide". In this section you will find the standard measurements for our sizing.

If the payment issue did not occur during the final verification step with your bank, we recommend:
- Double-checking that you have entered your information and payment passwords correctly.
- Refreshing the page, closing and reopening your browser, using another device, or trying to connect to a different internet network.
