For orders whose delivery is outside of Spain (mainland), the estimated delivery time is 5-10 WORKING days (Monday to Friday) depending on the country and destination address.
*During promotional periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
For international orders (outside Spain) delivery will be made by the transport company UPS.
International shipments to the European Union will be free for amounts over €100. If the amount is less, the shipping cost will vary depending on the country and delivery address, ranging from €10-€40*. Before finalizing your order, when you indicate the address, you will see a breakdown of the shipping cost.
*If the destination is in a country where import clearance may be required for your order, please contact us by email at customerservice@simorra.com and we will study your case to find the best alternative.

You will find the tracking number for your shipment in the order shipping confirmation email. With this number you can check the status of the shipment on the website of the transport company, whose link you will also find in the email.
