Online orders whose delivery is located in Spain (mainland) have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 BUSINESS days , Monday to Friday.
*During promotional periods, shipping times may be longer than usual.
For orders whose delivery is outside of Spain (mainland), the estimated delivery time is 5-10 WORKING days depending on the country and destination address.
Once your order leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
During the purchasing process you can choose between two options: home delivery or in-store pickup.
HOME DELIVERY: If your order is within Spain * , your order will be delivered by the SEUR transport company. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within 24 hours. The transport company will keep you informed at all times about the progress of the delivery of your order by email.
STORE PICKUP: You can choose the store that best suits you to pick up your order.
For international orders (outside Spain) delivery will be made by the transport company UPS .
* If you want to place an order with delivery to the Canary Islands, you can write to us at customerservice@simorra.com to offer you the option of delivery to one of our collaborating points of sale and thus substantially reduce shipping costs.
Shipping costs for orders delivered in Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands are free of charge, regardless of the amount, whether you choose in-store pickup or home delivery.
Exceptions: Shipping costs to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are higher than within the peninsula*. Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands may vary. Shipping costs to Ceuta and Melilla are €18.
*For shipments to the Canary Islands, please send your inquiry to: customerservice@simorra.com. The cost of home delivery may vary depending on your postal code, but the approximate cost is around €40 (includes export and import customs clearance).
International shipments with delivery within the European Union will be free for orders over €100. If the amount is lower, shipping will have a different cost depending on the country and delivery address, ranging between €10-40*. Before finalizing your order, when you enter the address, the shipping cost will be itemized.
*If the destination is in a country where import clearance may be required for your order, please contact us by email at customerservice@simorra.com and we will study your case to find the best alternative.

You will find your shipment tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. With this number, you can check the status of your shipment on the shipping company's website, a link to which you will also find in the email.
