Exchanges and returns
To return an item, you have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, with two options available for making the return: return at a physical store or return through the website.
To process your return, it is essential to include your order's delivery note in the return package.
For returns within Spain and the European Union, collection and return arrangements will be managed directly by our Customer Service team. For returns from countries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges associated with the return shipment.
SIMORRA is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit or that fail to arrive at our warehouse facilities. Refunds for non-EU returns will only be processed once the returned items have been successfully received and inspected at our warehouse.If a return shipment incurs import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon arrival, SIMORRA reserves the right to refuse the parcel or to inform the customer that any such additional costs will be deducted from the final refund amount. In such cases, the return and refund will not be processed if the stated conditions are not met.
*Products purchased during the online promotion: Outlet Days, can only be returned at Outlet stores or by managing the return through our website.
If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to return the product and make a new purchase of the correct item.*If you return your order at a physical store, you can exchange one garment for another without issue.
Remember that products must be in perfect condition, with their tag, and unused. If possible, in the original or similar box and well-sealed, to facilitate its transport.
Bags and swimwear must always be returned with their original protective cover, as they were sent.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, returns of earrings or other personal use products that, due to their nature, cannot be resold after having been handled, will not be accepted, except in case of manufacturing defect or flaw. This measure aims to guarantee the safety and quality for all our customers.
Returns that do not comply with any of the conditions specified above will not be accepted. Please remember that if the package does not include the order delivery note, we will not be able to accept your return.
To process your return through the website, please follow these steps:
- Go to the following link: click here
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Once on the returns page, you must provide the following information:
- Select the items to be returned.
- Click on the reason for the return and select the one that best suits your case. You can choose the option "NO REASON" in case of withdrawal.
- Indicate which day you prefer for your return to be picked up (MRW will collect your package). Click on the calendar icon and select the date.
- Select the approximate pick-up time. Please remember that the time slot for pick-up with MRW is 3 hours (if you select 9 am, the pick-up will be from 9 am to 12 pm).
- Confirm the full pick-up address.
- You will receive an email confirming your return.
It is NOT necessary to indicate a delivery address on the outside of the package. MRW will attach the shipping label. The cost of online returns with home pick-up by MRW is €4.95 and will be deducted from the total amount of the order at the time of refund.
Returns with pick-up outside of Spain cost €10 if picked up within Europe and €20 for pick-ups in the rest of the world. These pick-ups will be handled by UPS.
The cost of pick-up in the Canary Islands will be subject to a different rate. Please consult with the Customer Service department via email: customerservice@simorra.com or via Whatsapp or by calling (+34) 676 021 193.
Once the return request has been created through the website, you will not be able to drop off the package at the store. Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will send you a confirmation email, and within 14 calendar days after the return's approval, you will receive the corresponding refund.
Online returns at physical stores are free. Hand in the package along with the purchase delivery note that came with the order or show the confirmation email we sent you after the purchase.
If the package is not accompanied by the delivery note, we will not be able to accept your return. Store staff will process your return after verifying that the garment(s) are in perfect condition and have the corresponding tag.
For a refund, you can choose one of the following options:
1. Receive a refund via the same payment method you used when placing the order. You will be refunded within the next 14 calendar days.
2. Receive a voucher that you can use for one year in a physical store to purchase a new product.

*Not all our physical stores accept returns from the online store.
To consult information about returning an online order from the Outlet Days promotion or returns of seasonal garments at the Outlet Store, please read the following section.
Exceptions
In our Outlet Stores, only online orders purchased during the Outlet Days promotion can be returned. Seasonal garments, sales, or specific promotions cannot be returned in these stores. During the Outlet Days promotion, garments can only be returned in our Outlet stores or by managing the return through our website.
Our outlet stores: OUTLET BARCELONA, OUTLET SS DE LOS REYES, OUTLET MALLORCA MARRATXÍ, OUTLET BARAKALDO, OUTLET JEREZ, OUTLET VILADECANS, OUTLET MÁLAGA.
*Orders placed in the online store cannot be returned at El Corte Inglés, and vice versa.

Once we receive your return and it is approved, you will receive the corresponding refund within 14 calendar days after the return is approved.
You will receive the amount via the payment method you used to make your purchase. If you do not see the refund in your account and you made the payment by credit card, we recommend that you check the balance of the same card, not only that of the associated account.
If you have received an incorrect or defective product, or if you have not received one of the products included in your order, please contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@simorra.com, or via Whatsapp, or by calling (+34) 676021193, and we will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Customer service channels are active Monday to Thursday from 08:30h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00h, and Fridays from 08:00h to 14:00h.

The consumer or user will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation (art. 108.2 of RDL 1/2007)
