SHIPPING
Online orders whose delivery is in Spain (peninsula) have an expected delivery time of 2-5 WORKING days , Monday to Friday.
*During promotional periods the shipping time may be longer than usual.
For those orders whose delivery is outside of Spain (peninsula), the estimated delivery time is 5-10 WORKING days depending on the country and destination address.
WHAT TYPES OF SHIPPING ARE THERE?
If it is an order within Spain * , your order will be delivered through the transport company SEUR. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive it within 24 hours. SEUR will keep you informed at all times about the progress of the delivery of your order by email.
For international orders (outside Spain) delivery will be made through the transport company UPS.
* If you want to place an order with delivery in the Canary Islands, you can write to us at cliente@simorra.com to offer you the option of delivery at one of our collaborating points of sale and thus reduce shipping costs substantially.
ARE THERE SHIPPING COSTS?
The shipping cost for those orders whose delivery is in Spain (peninsula) and the Balearic Islands is free whether you select store delivery or home delivery.
Exceptions: The shipping cost to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife is higher than within the peninsula*. The shipping cost to the Balearic Islands may vary. The shipping cost to Ceuta and Melilla is €18.
*For shipments to the Canary Islands , send us your query to : clientes@simorra.com. The cost of home delivery may vary depending on your postal code, but the approximate cost is about €40 (includes export and import shipping).
International shipments have a different cost depending on the country and delivery address, this can range between €10-40* . Shipping will also be free for orders over €100 whose delivery is in a country of the European Union. Before finalizing your order, when you indicate the address, the shipping cost will appear broken down.
*If the destination is in a country where import clearance may be required for your order, please contact us by email at clients@simorra.com and we will study your case to find the best alternative.
Currently, we are shipping to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic, Slovakia, Spain, United States Czech, Romania and Sweden.
WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 WORKING days , Monday to Friday, from confirmation of your order.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed during high intensity promotional or sales periods, we appreciate your patience.
Remember that international orders have a longer delivery time, which ranges between 5-10 WORKING days , as happens with shipments to the Canary Islands .
If you make the purchase with payment by bank transfer, the order will not begin to be prepared until we receive confirmation of payment.
The moment the order leaves our facilities, the customer receives an email with the tracking number for their shipment.
*The delivery time may be altered during designated periods such as: Christmas, days with adverse weather conditions or homes that are difficult to access. For international orders, if there are customs clearances, the deadlines may be substantially affected.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email in which we will indicate the tracking number of your shipment. If the delivery address is in Spain (peninsula), your order will be delivered within 24 hours. If, on the other hand, you are in a different country, shipping may take between 48h-72h.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
Yes, you must contact us by email at: clientes@simorra.com , via WhatsApp or by calling +34 676 021 193 indicating your order number and the correct address.
If your order has already been shipped, we will contact the shipping company to change your address, but please note that this may delay delivery.

SHIPPING TRACKING
You will find the tracking number for your shipment in the order shipping confirmation email. With this number you can check the status of the shipment on the transport company's website, whose link you will also find in the email. If you wish, you can contact us and we will help you identify where your shipment is.
